Nancy has been a full-time employee at our clinic since its opening in December 2005. She has worn many hats over her years with us, and through her dedication and hard work, became promoted as the office manager. In addition to overseeing overall operations of the clinic, her responsibilities in the office are as follows:
Chief Responsibilities: Processing insurance claims, applying insurance payments, creating financial reports.
Secondary Responsibilities: Fitting patients in prescription eyewear.
Nancy is a graduate of Skyline High School in Dallas, and currently lives in southeast Dallas with her husband, son, and two daughters. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She also assists in cutting lenses for the office when necessary.
