Everything You Need To Know About 20/40 Vision

20/40 vision is a term used to describe a level of visual acuity, or the ability to see fine details. This measurement is often used during an eye exam to determine if a person has normal vision or if they need glasses or contact lenses.

WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE EXAMINATIONS FOR NO MORE THAN TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ON THE SAME DAY OF SERVICE.  ONLY ONE FAMILY MEMBER CAN ACCOMPANY BOTH PATIENTS IN SUCH CASES.  THIS IS SO WE CAN BE FAIR TO OTHER PATIENTS TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS , AND FOR OUR APPOINTED PATIENTS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A SEAT IN THE WAITING AREA.

A PROPER EYE HEALTH EVALUATION NORMALLY TAKES ONE TO ONE AND A HALF HOURS, DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF TESTS THAT HAVE TO BE PERFORMED, AND AGE AND MOBILITY OF THE PATIENT. WITH THIS IN MIND, IF YOU HAVE A DOCTOR OR DENTIST APPOINTMENT ON A PARTICULAR DAY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE YOUR EYE HEALTH EVALUATION ON THE SAME DAY. OTHERWISE, PROPER EYE CARE CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED.
